Ronda in located in the northwest of the province of Malaga. In a basin surrounded by mountain ranges, the height make access to the city hard. This fact together with the climate, water and geology of the region, has left an indelible stamp on its history.

Ronda is one of oldest towns in Spain, and has its origins in the Prehistory: The Pileta cave is one of the most significant remains of this period together with some megalithic monuments such as the Dolmen of the Chopo.
The village of Benaoján is 14 km away. In the direction towards the coast, we can visit the National park of Sierra de las Nieves.
Ronda is a city of great cultural interest. The moorish town, is separated from the new town by he Guadalevi´n River. It is perfect for a day excursion from the Costa del Sol. Ronda is one of the Pueblos Blancos White Town as the houses are white washed .

The main fiesta is the Goyesca Fair, which takes place in September and celebrates bullfightings.
