Pizarra is a municipality in the province of Malaga, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain.
It is located in the center of the province, in the Guadalhorce valley region, and northwest of the city of Malaga. It is a town of about 8,300 inhabitants, 30 kms from Malaga and just 20 minutes from the coast of the province. Pizarra is the typical village in the Valle del Guadalhorce. It is crossed by the River Guadalhorce, with a green landscape with many trees, citrus and many vegetable gardens.
