Benalmádena is a town in the province of Málaga, belonging to the autonomous community of Andalucia. Its is located at 11 km to the west of the Malaga town, just between Torremolinos and Fuengirola, and It has a population of 52.000 residents.

It's easy to reach by road, train or even bus. Benalmadena has 8km of beaches.

Benalmadena is one of the best resorts on the Costa del Sol for nightlife, with many bars, clubs and restaurants.

There is entertainment for everybody. Tivoli World park (close to Arroyo de la Miel) with
a cable-car ride. Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and the Sealife Centre. And the casino at Hotel Torrequebrada. Beaches and the Benalmadena Marina are plenty of watersport and leisure activities.

Benalmadena Marina is the most important place of the city and the perfect destination for nightlife and enjoys soft winters and high temperatures summers, and average temperature of 20ºC. May, June, July, August, September and even October are perfect for holidays.

The municipality has 3 urban areas:

Benalmadena Pueblo. Its the original village. The town is the typical Andalusian white village. You'll find vestiges of the ancient civilisations. It has an archaeological museum. Its located in the upper part of the municipality. You will enjouy beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Benalmadena Costa, an urban core on the coast with a lot of discos, hotels, beaches, shopping centers, golf courses, the marina, and of course beaches. Here you can find SeaLife aquarium and Selwo Marina.

Arroyo de la Miel, is in the interior town between the other two urban cores.
It is the main residential area. Tivoli World park is the main attraction.
