Due to its exceptional location just between the motorway from Malaga and the Mediterranean Sea, has some spectacular views to the mountains and to the sea. Moreover, the fact of being located in the Axarquia region, provides the best sub-tropical climate of the Costa del Sol.

It is an 18 hole golf course, divided into two distinct zones: the first nine holes are mostly smooth and flat topography with different falling greens. The other nine holes, built recently, are much more technical and complicated. Another feature of the golf course are the waterfalls, with several artificial lakes and a river that affects large part of the tour.

It is accessed by taking exit 247, the highway linking Malaga to Granada and Almeria.
